At Pyramid of Arts we often receive enquiries from organisations who want us to bring our exciting inclusive arts projects to their groups. We really like working with lots of different people and getting them involved in our creative ideas so we will always be happy to discuss potential collaborations.
Our artists have very wide-ranging areas of expertise; past projects have included large-scale structural art (e.g. carnival pieces, sculpture), painting, clay, drama, mask-making, music, dance, film, photography and just about anything else that you could think of! If you have a specific art form that you are interested in then we will try to match you up with an artist that specialises in that art form, or we could open it up to our artists to suggest a project to you.
If you are interested in having a Pyramid of Arts project come to you then bear in mind the following considerations:
- Most of our artists live in the Leeds area
- All Pyramid of Arts projects are lead by two artists. We have found that by pairing artists together we can maximise the level of engagement that everyone in the group experiences (regardless of their level of disability or disadvantage)
- We will only provide you with artists who have completed our training
- We will provide mentoring and support to the artists during their time with you (the precise level will depend on the complexity of the project that you are proposing)
If you would like to find out more please contact us.
We are also able to deliver training to external organisations in a wide range of activities. If you are interested in finding out more then look at our training page.
